General terms and conditions 


Product selection
The customer has the opportunity to choose or order from the store's products. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button of the basket, you will find the products placed in the basket during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially the prices and quantities, which you can modify or improve as needed. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

Sending the order
If you think the amount of products in the basket is adequate, you have checked the total and you have decided that you want to buy them, then simply click on the "Checkout" button. You can then choose whether you want to enter as an already registered customer, register as a new customer, or buy without registration.
If you have already made a purchase in our store, please enter the e-mail address and password you entered during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter the data required for the purchase, which will be stored by the system, and you only have to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
In the next step, select the delivery method that suits you (personal collection, or courier service, or as mail) and the payment method (cash on delivery, bank transfer, cash). If you agree with the content of the order, click the "Order" button to send the order.

Prices
Our prices are list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the online store. The prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include delivery costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract. Copyright reserved.

Processing orders
Orders are processed within 48 hours on working days.

You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.

Confirmation
We send e-mail feedback on all orders. This means that after placing the order, you will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order and (later) one about the expected delivery time. In the case of a phone consultation, call customer service or any of the phone numbers in the e-mail.

Payment Terms

In our store, it is possible to pay in cash (personal collection in our store), cash on delivery and bank transfer.

Orders placed by personal pickup can usually be picked up in person at our store on the same day or 1-2 working days (after confirmation during opening hours).
In the case of a personal pick-up order, the order will be kept for 14 days, after which the order will be automatically cancelled.

In the case of cash on delivery, the full purchase price, including shipping costs, must be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the shipment.

In the case of bank transfer, we place your order after making the transfer to the following bank account number and our courier service delivers it:

The above data are only used for bank transfer. In the case of a cash payment, OTP deducts a fee from us for the payment, so I ask everyone to transfer the total amount of the invoice with this option. Your order will be shipped after the amount has been received.

Transport
Conditions of Carriage

Shipments are delivered and transported by courier service (PACKETA, GLS). The delivery time of the product is explained by the online store during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You can contact the phone number in the confirmation e-mail to discuss the delivery date.
Delivery methods: by courier - credit card (before shipping) , by courier - bank transfer before shipping):

Delivery time: 1-2 working days from the confirmation of the order (maximum 5 working days), this of course depends on the ordered product and the time of the order, there is no parcel delivery on weekends, so in this case a maximum of 5 working days.
In the case of domestic orders, it is mandatory to use the Hungarian (+36) phone number, we can only place orders with this phone number, in the case of cash on delivery orders, the order will be confirmed on the specified phone number, only in this case can we hand over the package to the courier service, in the case of bank transfer the package will be sent after the transfer.
The expected delivery time of our international shipments is 2-10 working days.
Home delivery of airsoft replicas, gas alarms, gas alarm ammunition, gas spray and air weapons is not possible (these can be purchased in person in our store).

Orders placed by personal pick-up can usually be picked up in person at our store during opening hours on the same day or 1-2 working days, but we can guarantee the pick-up of the products after confirmation. Of course, the products can also be received without confirmation, but in this case there may be a shortage of stock.
Even for products that are in stock, there may be a shortage of stock in our store, so it is worth waiting for the confirmation email (the right to typos is reserved).

Delivery fees other than our basic prices may be introduced within the framework of our special promotions! (e.g. free delivery above a certain amount)

Cancellation of delivery
If the online store does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or because it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer of this. The online store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the commercial conditions, the customer declares that he is of legal age (that is, he has reached the age of 18).

Returning the product
We only take back the product in its original condition and packaging, in perfect quantity and quality, with the original invoice.
In the case of a product exchange, the product you want to exchange must be returned in person to our store or by mail to our store address (at your own expense), after which it is possible to exchange the product, if the product is new and in perfect condition, or if all accessories are available, we are not able to exchange parts.

Ownership clause
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the purchase price. In the case of wrong, unaccepted orders, the product is taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner, and after the new, successful sale, the new owner will be paid the consideration!

Modifying or canceling an order
CVIII of 2001. in accordance with the law, when the order is placed, the software of the seller's online store immediately sends a notification to the customer about the fact that the order has been placed. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely informs the customer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the seller's competent employee. The order can be canceled by the seller without reason.

If the buyer does not receive this within 4 days, the buyer's obligations to make an offer will cease.
The seller gives the customer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the fulfillment of the order begins. When starting the fulfillment of the order, the customer will receive a notification by e-mail and/or telephone about the expected duration of the fulfillment and the fact that the fulfillment has begun, after that it is only possible to cancel the order in person or through one of the contacts found under the "Customer Service" or "Contacts" menu items.

Subsequent changes to the order are only possible in writing via e-mail (info@airsoftplaza.hu).

Inspection cost

We charge an inspection fee for the equipment delivered to the service center for the purpose of repair or to request a quote. If the repair is ordered by the customer, we do not charge an inspection fee.

After the report is ready, the delivered product must be delivered to the customer within 4 weeks. After that, we charge a daily storage fee of HUF 1,000 + VAT.

If the defective or repaired product is not delivered within six months, Airsoft Bolt Kft. is entitled to destroy or sell the product. The costs associated with destruction are borne by the client.

A warranty claim can be asserted by presenting the documents listed below together:

– Complete factory packaging of the product with all factory accessories
– The original copy of the invoice (in all cases, the claim can be validated with this, paper-based invoice with the code of the warranty sticker, with the airsoft shop kft. seal, we are unable to issue this paper afterwards due to warranty abuses)
- The existence of a flawless warranty sticker


In all cases, the cost of return is borne by the buyer (unless the seller decides otherwise).
We cannot guarantee the receipt of items sent as postal letters, unfortunately the post office does not deliver the letters to us.

In the case of a product with a damaged warranty sticker, the warranty claim cannot be asserted.
In the case of spare parts, the warranty only applies to the parts installed by us.

In case of partial or complete absence of these, we cannot accept the warranty claim!

In all cases, the cost of return under warranty is borne by the buyer. Of course, if it turns out after the return that it is a material defect or a problem covered by the warranty conditions, the online store can refund the shipping cost afterwards. If the returned product turns out to be faultless and corresponds to the nature of the product, in that case the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

In the case of problems repaired by a third party or caused by unprofessional handling and adjustment and problems not covered by the warranty conditions, we are unable to reimburse the cost of delivery.

If the warranty period has not been indicated for a product, please call the customer service to inquire about its warranty period.

Guarantee:
We do not guarantee Airsoft guns and their batteries and chargers. Airsoft weapons and parts are not considered durable consumer goods, according to Regulation 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Based on Government Decree. As a result, we are not obliged to provide a guarantee (guarantee in everyday language) for them.

Warranty:
With the warranty, the seller assumes responsibility for the fact that he handed over a flawless product to the buyer at the time of sale, so there are no hidden defects that will only be revealed later. The buyer should carefully examine and check the product, because if he knew or should have known about the defect at the time of purchase, or if the defect can be traced back to a defect in the material provided by the buyer, then he cannot make a warranty claim. A product is considered defective if, at the time of purchase, it does not comply with the properties required by law, does not have the quality typical of products of the same type, is unsuitable for the same purposes for which a product of the same type is usually used, does not have the properties listed in the product description or sample, or it cannot be used for the purpose that the customer envisioned and that the distributor agreed with. We do not provide a warranty for airsoft guns, batteries and chargers if any external or internal structural elements show changes due to improper use (breaks, cracks, etc.).

There is no warranty for defects caused by burning, wear, washing, or mechanical damage on clothing products (e.g. gloves, uniform wear out or tear).

The ANTIFOG or any other indicator used on glasses with anti-fog protection that we sell cannot be considered a guarantee that the glasses will not fog up under any circumstances. about glasses. Being aware of this, we are unable to return glasses.

The factory NIMH battery and battery charger are provided by the manufacturer as free tools for the first use of the AEG.
This doesn't mean the batteries won't work, but they don't come with any warranty or support.

For LiPo and LiIon batteries, the following cases are not considered normal conditions of use:
- Discharge of one or more cells of a LiPo and LiIon battery (10% or less) - in this case the battery may be destroyed
- LiPo and LiIon battery storage for a longer period of time (more than 4-5 days) fully charged - in this case the battery can "pop" and go to waste
- In the case of LiPo and LiIon batteries, if the battery is left plugged into the weapon, it may completely discharge and thus the battery may be destroyed. We recommend disconnecting the battery from the electric weapon (or other consumer) after each use.
- In the case of replicas with a mosfet, be sure to disconnect the replica from the weapon, as the mosfet is considered a continuous consumer, so it drains the battery and destroys it (e.g. Ares factory Mosfet replicas)
- Only smart chargers (lipo charging function) and other LiPo and LiIon chargers are suitable for charging LiPo and LiIon batteries (not factory NIMH chargers)
- We recommend disconnecting the battery from the electric weapon (or other consumer) after each use.

The chronok we sell was developed for Airsoft guns, so it is recommended to use it with Airsoft guns (measuring other air rifles, edged weapons, etc. is not guaranteed).

All the optics we sell are guaranteed to work on Airsoft AEG/AEP weapons.
The use of other devices with a higher Joule (e.g. on air rifles, sharp weapons) is not considered as intended use, so failure of the optics in this case is not covered by the warranty conditions either.
The pictures of the optics are illustrations, minor differences may occur between the pictures and the real product.

In the case of airsoft guns, we guarantee 3,000 shots or 3 months (whichever comes first), if the guns are used in normal (not extreme weather or environmental) conditions. Wear parts are not covered by the warranty (e.g. valves, pistons, gears, fire switches, etc.).

In the case of Airsoft guns, the Joule and fps value given is an approximate value, +-10% deviation from the value given on the website is allowed.

The battery and battery charger are provided by the manufacturer as free accessories for the first use of the AEG.
This doesn't mean the batteries won't work, but they don't come with any warranty or support.

Not considered normal conditions of use:
– In the case of gas-powered weapons, e.g.: operation below 20 degrees or above 28 degrees, exposure to particularly high stress (shooting involving firing a large number of shots in a short time)
– In the case of electric weapons, e.g.: operation below 15 degrees or above 30 degrees, exposure to particularly high stress (shooting involving the continuous firing of a large number of shots in a short period of time)
- In the case of any Airsoft weapon, the use of low-quality (typically yellow, orange, etc.) projectiles (BB), which, if jammed, can cause a malfunction inside the replica, it is recommended to use the BLS BB! Furthermore, the use of fired, deformed, contaminated projectiles is not recommended either!
- In the case of any Airsoft gun, if water, sand gets into the gun, or the gun suffers serious mechanical or burn damage, the warranty will be void
- In the case of any Airsoft weapon, if the weapon is disassembled or the warranty sticker is damaged, the warranty becomes void
- In the case of any Airsoft weapon, if the replica is damaged due to improper use, mechanical breakage, cracks and/or broken parts, we can only repair the replica within the warranty period against the cost of the parts, if this is justified.
- We recommend disconnecting the battery from the electric weapon (or other consumer) after each use.

If any of the following conditions are met, we cannot repair the replica under warranty, as any of these are not considered normal conditions of use, so in these cases the customer will be charged for service fees and spare parts costs.

Defective products must be returned by courier service, postal items are not always delivered to us by the post office (or delivered in person: 1097, BP, Koppány utca 2-4, TESCO, Airsoftpláza store), after establishing the defect, we will have the product repaired after consultation with the manufacturer, or if it cannot be repaired based on the manufacturer's confirmation, we will replace it within the warranty period and send it to the specified address.


14 day cancellation

In the case of a personal purchase, a 14-day cancellation is not possible in accordance with current legislation.
In such cases, we can offer a discount, but we cannot offer a discount for some parts (e.g. hop-up rubber), projectiles, other accessories, or airsoft replicas resulting from their use.

E-traders must provide consumers with the right of withdrawal without justification. This right applies to all natural persons who have purchased for their own purposes outside of a store, for example on the Internet.

In all cases, the cost of return is borne by the buyer (unless the seller decides otherwise).

We can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- product in original condition, with all accessories (packaging, accessories)
- original sealed invoice (with the warranty sticker code)
- existence of a warranty sticker (in the case of electronic items, we can use this to identify the purchased product)

However, for the consumer, only the use necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product is guaranteed by the legislation, he is responsible for the depreciation resulting from use exceeding this amount, so the company is not obliged to reimburse the full price of the product and the costs, if the product is damaged or incomplete by the consumer returns it.
The depreciation of the product may even affect 100% of the purchase price, if its nature and use require it.
In any case, the product must be returned to the seller with its original packaging and all accessories.
Factors influencing product depreciation:
- replica condition (function, aesthetics, external damage)
- condition of packaging and accessories
- other (depreciation resulting from the nature of the product)

The trader's most important obligation is to refund the full amount paid by the consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 days of becoming aware of the cancellation, if no depreciation is necessary.

To refund the amount, the merchant must choose a payment method that the consumer originally chose for payment. The trader has the right to withhold the amount to be refunded until the consumer has returned the product (in person or by post).
If, in the case of a bank transfer, the buyer provides an incorrect account number, and the amount to be returned is transferred to this account number, the seller assumes no responsibility and cannot provide any assistance in refunding the amount.
